Responsibilities

Garnet Health Doctors is actively searching for a dynamic Pediatric Hospitalist to join our dedicated team at our state-of-the-art facilities in Middletown and Harris. In this role, you will thrive in a collaborative and supportive atmosphere, catering to a diverse and vibrant patient community.


• Full time position
• Board-certified/board eligible in Pediatrics
• (7) 12 hour shifts in house plus 7 x 24hr on call shifts from home in 28 days
• Advance Practice Providers support

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited school of medicine or osteopathy.

  

Required Certification/Registration:

NY State  Medical License

Active and Unrestricted D.E.A. Certificate

Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pediatrics,

PALS, NPR certifications required  ACLS, BLS preferred

Physical Requirements:

Stands, walks, sits intermittently throughout the day. Lifts, pushes, pulls light to heavy weights as required.

 

Working Conditions:

In-patient Hospital Service of Orange Regional Medical Center.  Position will primarily be light work requiring lifting up to 25 pounds with occasional lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds.  Occasional bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling and reaching are required.
